The Regulated Materials Management Center (RMMC) handles discarded items that cannot go down the drain or to the landfill. This includes biological, radiological and chemical wastes, as well as e-waste and other universal wastes. Whenever possible, we seek to reduce, reuse or recycle these discarded materials in order to minimize disposal costs and the impact on the environment.
