Password Reset Help

To reset your password, please use the Password Reset Utility

If you have not enrolled in the Password Reset Utility, you must call the UWIT Service Center to reset your password. Please call the UWIT service Center at
(307) 766-4357 Option 1.

The UWIT Help Desk is open during normal University business hours. Password resets must be completed over the phone or in person due to federal regulations. The Service Center cannot reset the password via email. Please be prepared to talk to us when you need your password reset through the Service Center.
