Scholarship Application Procedures


In order to apply for a UW Theatre & Dance scholarship, you must:

  1. Schedule an on-campus audition/interview time by either attending the scheduled scholarship auditions or by calling 307-766-2198, the main UW Theatre & Dance office number to set up an individual time. If you cannot attend an audition/interview in person, please send your audition/interview as a 1/2" VHS videotape, a DVD, or an mpeg file by January 30th to the mailing or E-mail address listed below. Please note that audition VHS tapes and DVDs are non-returnable.
     

  2. Submit a written or on-line application by January 30th
    in addition to scheduling an audition/interview date and time.

    • Complete the application form electronically and click the submit
      button to send it OR mail a hard copy to the address listed below.
    • Obtain three letters of reference. Download the letter of reference
      form and provide a copy (or the link to it; see below) to your three
      references for each to fill out. Ask your references to submit letters
      as soon as possible to expedite your application. Reference forms may
      be submitted electronically or in hard copy to the address below.
    • Submit a photo with your application (an attached image is fine
      for online submittal).
