Jean Garrison is the Director of the International Studies Program. Dr. Garrison has been an adjunct professor in international studies for the last eight years and became Director in Fall 2008. Dr. Garrison is responsible for all aspects of the program and is the graduate advisor. In addition, thirty-three University of Wyoming faculty hold adjunct professor status in international studies. Adam Henne is a cultural anthropologist who recently joined the International Studies Program after receiving his Ph.D. at the University of Georgia. He did his fieldwork in Chile and specializes in Latin America. Dr. Henne has a joint appointment in Anthropology.
Yarong Ashley is originally from Shanghai. She received her B.A. from the University of Shanghai in 1983 and completed her Ph.D. in Sociology at the University of Wyoming in 1993. Dr. Ashley specializes in Chinese society, social and economic changes in contemporary China, political economy of East Asia, and China and globalization.

Jeanette Reisenburg is the Project Coordinator for international studies. Jeanette has worked for UW since 1985. She coordinates student advising for undergraduate majors and is also responsible for internships, development, coordination of the Masters' International Program and a variety of other duties.
Kara Bobbitt is the Office Associate for international studies. A Laramie native, Kara graduated from UW with a bachelor’s in Business Administration and has worked at UW for two years. Kara handles all student records and budget matters for the program and provides general office support for faculty and students.
