Your Living and Dining Options at UW
Living in a residence hall is a big part of the UW experience. You'll live close to classes, dining and friends. The halls offer a mix of traditional or suite-style rooms, single rooms and communities focused on academics, leadership and more.

Apartments at UW give you a more independent lifestyle while still being part of the university community. They’re a great fit for upperclassmen, graduate students, students with families, or anyone looking for extra space and privacy. Apartments are managed just like regular housing with maintenance services and easy access to campus resources.

to avoid additional fees. The completion of this form does not release a leaseholder from the terms of their lease.
- All students living in the residence halls sign a housing contact in the application process. Under special circumstances a contract release may be considered, however, all students are expected to follow the contract release process.
If something is not working correctly or is broken, it is important that you file a request to have it fixed right away to prevent further damage. Submit a Work Order Request and we'll be in touch as soon as possible.
