Healthy U is a workshop series for people who want to play a more active and productive role in managing their health. Any adult with a chronic health condition, who lives with or cares for someone with a health consideration, or who wants to learn the skills in this workshop is invited to attend a workshop. Over the course of six weeks, Healthy U participants learn valuable skills to help them take control of their condition and live happier, healthier lives. Watch the video below to learn more!

Healthy U is available to anyone over the age of 18. Workshops are free and all materials are provided.
