We are located in Half Acre Recreation & Wellness Center and are part of the Campus
Recreation department.
The Wellness Center utilizes the Wellness Wheel to identify and understand the 8 interconnected
dimensions of wellness which work together to sustain overall health and wellbeing.
We strive to integrate the tenets of the Wellness Wheel into all of our programs and
activities.
