If you are a ReNEW ADN student or graduate, select the ReNEW Block Transfer Map.
If you are a graduate of one of the programs listed below BEFORE ReNEW, select the RN-BSN Block Transfer Map.
If you are a graduate of a Diploma or ADN program not listed below, select the RN-BSN Transfer.

Students transferring from out of state who need to satisfy the USP US & Wyoming Constitutions (USP:V) requirement may wish to take a challenge exam. There are two self-paced/self-study exams available: a 1-credit Wyoming Constitution exam and a 3-credit US & WY Constitutions exam.
