The UW Art Museum is excited to showcase a special exhibition featuring works from the collection that have been hand-selected by the museum’s staff. Twenty-three individuals working across departments including curatorial, collections, education, administration, security, and custodial, have each chosen a single work from the museum’s collection of over 11,000 objects to share in this exhibition. Several of these works have never been shown before. Explore this exhibition to see the collection through the eyes of those who work with it most closely. Get to know the staff who do the important work across the museum as each person shares their own unique perspective on a chosen artwork.
