WyoScholarships is the UW scholarship system. Completing the General Application each
year allows students to be considered for a wide range of scholarship opportunities
as we use your answers from this application, along with your student records. After
submitting the General Application, you may also be prompted to complete a Conditional
Application which may be required for scholarships in your major/department.
Students who have been awarded a first-year or transfer Commitment are required to complete the General Application each year to fulfill your respective Commitment.
Continuing students without a Commitment must complete the General Application each year to be considered for most scholarship opportunities.
Visit the website for more information on how to renew your UW Commitment or Scholarship aid.

External scholarships are developed and funded by organizations external to UW. They’re
available to the public and can potentially help students cover the costs of their
education and education-related expenses. Student eligibility rules are created by
the organization offering the scholarship and can depend on many factors. If you are
a student who has been awarded an external scholarship or are a donor/organization
that is funding an external scholarship, please review the External Scholarships page for more information.
