About TEI

 

The Trustees Education Initiative (TEI) began at the University of Wyoming College of Education in 2016. Beginning under the E-4 framework, TEI now manages a multitude of statewide education initiatives. This impactful and essential program aims to produce and maintain the highest quality teachers and educators across Wyoming. By partnering with various educators, administrators, policymakers, business and industry partners, and community leaders and members, TEI's series of initiatives focus on innovative teaching practices and comprehensive professional development. Through a collaborative approach, the Trustees Education Initiative is making a significant and positive impact on Wyoming's educational landscape.

The Trustees Education Initiative (TEI) at the College of Education, University of Wyoming, is supporting transformative educational programs across Wyoming. The TEI initiatives include the 307 Principal Leadership Academy, High Altitude Pathways Program, Master Educator Competency Program, Career and Technical Teacher Education Initiative, Wyoming Early Childhood Outreach Network, and the Wyoming Teacher Mentor Corps. These programs are all designed to empower educators, promote professional growth, and elevate student success. Through TEI, the College of Education, the University of Wyoming is passionately committed to producing and maintaining the highest quality teachers and educators in Wyoming and beyond, pioneering educational innovation and excellence at every level.
