Follow these steps  to complete your applicatIon to Wyoming WWAMI, UW School Of Medicine

1. Premed course requirements: Check to see if you have required premedical courses
2. Residency requirements: Ensure that you meet the prerequisites
3. Application Process: Check to ensure that you have all required application forms and that they are submitted on or before deadline dates
4. Acceptance Process: All applications are reviewed by the UWSOM office

Online application for students planning to enter professional schools in 2026 to be certified as a Wyoming resident is now available. Information can be found at: https://www.uwyo.edu/preprof/funding-your-education/wiche-wwami-wydent.html

 

The deadline to be certified for entering 2026 is Oct. 15^th, 2025. If you were previously certified you must recertify.  Residency certifications are only valid for one year.
